Does he like me more than a friend?

So i got a new job 3 weeks ago,and have been hanging out with co workers a lot.One who i've thought was the cutest has been acting like he likes me but i can't tell.He tells me he only wants friends and then he wants to settle down with a girl before he joins the military.He even told me he was gonna tell me something to open my eyes up about dating another guy after my bf passed.So i asked him what it was the next day and he changed the subject and my other co workers told me if was important.And today he hasn't texted me all day.Ugh i'm so confused and don't wanna plan any games.I just wanna know if he likesme more then a friend so i don't waste my time
