Would an ultrasound be able to see a rhabdomyosarcoma?

Yes, I'm probably overreacting and this lump probably isn't that, but I can't stop freaking out for the life of me. I am getting an ultrasound tomorrow, and the lump is located about 3 inches directly to the right of my belly button. It's hard and painless and about an inch in diameter. Would an ultrasound be able to distinguish regular tissue in that area from malignant tissue? I know it can't be used to dx, but can it be used to aid that? I'm freaking out so bad.
