Can you teach me how to basic photoshop?

once you know all of the buttons and things like that its easy but if you dont know where any thing is you are hopeless but for the earing thing just get the 2 pics put the earring over the pic hit command t then resize it then delete the background then put it on the ear and for skin just look that up on you tube there are plenty of good videos
