Do you think people who always agree with you are scared to opinionate or lack understanding of the subject?

Maybe she just doesn't care about what you are talking about and is just trying to get along with you and not cause an argument over stupid stuff because that's what ends up happening most of the time, especially at work. People get offended over stupid stuff and then all this childish fighting starts happening and everyone has to pick sides. Why can't people just work and go home. Honestly, when I'm at work I don't care to talk to anyone about anything. I just want to do my job so I can go home and be with my family. Besides I don't see the point in most conversation....just a waste of time.
