Help...I need a little help on the "kissing" Subject?

I'm 16 and I have never been kissed by a guy.This guy I talked to always wanted to kiss me and I would not let and one day we hung out hold hands went out to eat and everything.It was nice and he tryed to kiss me then and I really wanted to but Im scared i guess thats it and scared that i will not know how to and mess it up. hep me
