How can I get my parents to make love again?

Hi! My Sis and I are teens and we have two amazing parents. Both are super stressed and we think sex will be good for both of them. I tried bringing it up to my mom but she avoided the subject. They haven't had sex in three years because of work. How can I get them in the mood or hint to them?
