Movies like The New Guy?

So i just watched the new guy with my friend last night and the movie was hilarious and its got me searching for movies that are similar in genres, elements, and plot. Im looking for a ten drama movie that focuses on the underdog of the story who is able to change themselves and their situation becoming popular and wanted. I know this seems maybe stupid but im just in the mood to watch some like this. If you know of any movies please recommend them, that would be awesome. :):)
