Punnet squares can have an infinite number of rows and columns. There are monohybrid and dihybrid crosses, but there are also trihybrid, quadrahybrid, etc. ones. Back in high school, I had an extra credit assignment that had me fill out a cross for 8 genes! Sure, Punnet squares are only really useful with monohybrid crosses(And possibly dihybrid crosses if you haven't learned the tricks and rules yet), but it's technically possible to make one as large as you feel like it.
