What are the components of milkfish bile?

I'm a 4th year student in the Philippines and one of the requirements for us to pass is to submit a S.I.P or Science Investigatory Subject. I found a topic that is about the pesticidal property of milk fish bile but I can't find the components of the milkfish bile.. so if anyone can help it would be so great!! =)
