What subject should i teach in college?

Hey, i'm fixing on becoming a college professor of some kind but i really need help on which subject to pursue. I really want to teach about different cultures all over the world (what they eat, dress, famous landmarks, history etc. ). What subject would that fall under? Also would there be many job openings for that type of professor? Anything helps! Thanx :)
