Why are people counting out Atlanta for the ECF?

As I see things, Atlanta and Chicago are tied 2-2 with a pivotal game 5 that either team can win. Why are people assuming Chicago will get to the ECF and not Atlanta? People are making this team feel like even more of an underdog. Fans think now it'll be Chicago and Atlanta. Why is every1 counting out Atlanta? They can beat Chicago at home and on the road, as we have seen. Ya need to stop overlooking them lol
